The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. Power Wellness’ corporate office and its three Chicagoland centers that they manage (Cadence Fitness & Health Center, Loyola Center for Fitness, and Palos Health & Fitness Center) participated in the anonymous employee survey.
