In 2022, Power Wellness deployed a revamped client-branded mobile app featuring personalized access to fitness assessment results, on- demand fitness classes, amenity reservations, virtual wellness coaching, and much more.

Given the impact of COVID on the fitness industry, Power Wellness and Northwestern Medicine took a fresh look into new member and patient needs, and shifting workforce expectations. The result was a comprehensive three-year strategic plan addressing four pillars: Employee Engagement, MyFitRx,® Synergistic Programs, and Third-Party Payors.

Synergistic programming, such as fitness for patients with Parkinson’s disease, is used across four Northwestern Medicine locations.
