Power Wellness opens new fitness center at Rush University Medical Center

Chicago, IL: July 21, 2014

After a successful ribbon cutting ceremony, on July 18, 2014, Power Wellness officially opened the Rush Fitness Center at Rush University. The facility will be managed by Power Wellness and open to Rush employees and students to enjoy. The 10,000 square foot facility is located on the Rush University Medical Center campus in Chicago.

With the addition of the Rush Fitness Center Power Wellness has now grown their portfolio of fitness facilities to twenty-three. “We are extremely excited about the opening of the Rush Fitness Center and being associated with such a prestigious brand in Rush University. We look forward to a long and prosperous relationship between Rush and Power Wellness.” said Tom Rhind, President of Power Wellness.

The center features exceptional facilities and equipment, including:

• Spacious workout areas and fitness studio
• Elliptical machines, treadmills, bikes and other cardiovascular machines
• Modern circuit and free-weight training equipment
• Men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers

Members will also be able to enjoy a variety of group exercise programs. Personal training is available to all members that would like a personalized exercise plan.

The center will be staffed with Power Wellness employees that are degreed and certified personal trainers, fitness instructors, and other team members dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
