Director of Marketing
Anthony joined Power Wellness in 2013 and has 15 years of experience in marketing and sales across several industries. Prior to joining Power Wellness, Anthony was the Director of Marketing for two national manufacturing companies.
Anthony and his team oversee all of the marketing efforts of our managed centers as well as Power Wellness.
Anthony started his marketing career in the sports industry where he held various sales and marketing positions, the most recent being with the National Hockey League. After leaving the sports industry, Anthony oversaw the launch and expansion of a global travel agency into the United States.
Anthony graduated with a B.B.A. in Business Management from the University of Alaska Fairbanks where he also completed his MBA in Marketing.
Vice President of Medical Integration
Prior to joining Power Wellness, Peg worked in a hospital setting for 24 years in emergency and critical care nursing, serving 20 of those years in management positions.
After completing a Master Degree in Organizational Management, Peg joined the Power Wellness team as an executive director in 2001 and is currently the Vice President of Operations. She oversees multi-center operations and medical integration for Power Wellness.
Peg’s extensive clinical knowledge and background provides the necessary insight into the development of data collection for medically integrated programs for participants presented with chronic diseases and health improvement needs.
Peg graduated with a B.S. in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy and a M.S. in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
Director of Operations
Josh joined Power Wellness in 1996 and has advanced with our company as a Fitness Specialist, Personal Trainer, Fitness Manager, Executive Director and Senior Director.
Josh was a recipient of the 2002 Nova 7 award from Fitness Management Magazine for community outreach and service.
In 2012, Josh was promoted to a Director of Operations with oversight of multiple facilities.
Josh graduated with a B.S. in Community Health from Eastern Illinois University and is an exercise certified personal trainer from the American Counsel.
Chief Information Officer
John joined Power in 2004, bringing 16 years of experience in technology, rapid company growth, and knowledge of global acquisitions and consolidations.
John has cultivated a well-rounded team to support daily operations and implement new technologies to support expansion.
His expertise in the areas of construction, design and development, environmental systems, information systems, audiovisual and communications architecture add prudent high-value results in responding to customer needs.
John is Microsoft certified systems engineer and a Microsoft certified professional.
Vice President of Business Development
Ralph joined Power in 2015 with over 20 years of experience in business development from various industries. Prior to joining Power, Ralph was the Vice President of Business Development for a healthcare company that realized outstanding growth and expansion.
In that role, Ralph was responsible for developing and implementing strategic growth plans, while creating the processes and positions to support them.
Ralph has worked in a variety of professional business environments, including: start-ups, growth, mature and turn-around situations. His focus is on building highly productive teams by refining structure and increasing accountability to optimize performance.
Ralph has a B.S. from Indiana University and an MBA from DePaul University.
Ken founded Power in 1996 and has over 25 years of healthcare development and operational experience.
Ken’s experience includes the planning, development and operation of institutional fitness centers throughout the Midwest: including community colleges, universities and hospitals.
Ken is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business with a B.S. in Finance.
Ken currently serves on the board of Elgin Academy and WINGS (Women in Need Growing Stronger).
Chief Operations Officer
Brian joined Power in 1997 and has over 18 years of planning, information technology, development and operations experience. Reporting to Brian are department leaders in the areas of information technology, operations, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
Prior to joining Power, Brian worked for a top Chicago accounting firm as an audit manager.
Brian is a member of the Medical Fitness Association, International Health & Racquet Sports Association, the Illinois CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Brian and his team ensure that every aspect of design, development, and operations management meet our client expectations.
Brian graduated with honors with a B.S. in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and is a certified public accountant.
Director of Operations
Jaimie joined Power Wellness in 1997 and has advanced within our company serving in a variety of roles such as Fitness Manager, Center Director, Senior Director and is now the Director of Operations with oversight of six fitness centers.
Jaimie’s strengths include: leadership development and management, program and strategy development, customer service and operational management.
Prior to beginning her career with Power Wellness, Jaimie was a four-year starter for the Division I Women’s Basketball team at Ball State University where she graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science.
Director of Human Resources
Jenny joined Power Wellness in 2010 and has over 14 years of human resources experience.
She has extensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures, training, employee relations, recruiting and retention, benefits administration, employment laws and compliance.
Before joining Power Wellness, Jenny worked in the hospitality industry as a Human Resources Director with several international hotel chains.
Jenny believes that our employees are the greatest assets to the company and provides the knowledge and support necessary for the Power Wellness team to excel in all facets of the company.Jenny is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Jenny graduated with a B.S. in Restaurant and Hotel Management from Eastern Illinois University.
Tom Rhind has over 30+ years of development, management and operational experience. Tom is a member of the Medical Fitness Association, International Health & Racquet Sports Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Prior to starting with Power Wellness in 1996, Tom managed the Lake Forest Health & Fitness Institute in Lake Forest, Illinois, and the Centre Club at Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, Illinois.
Tom provides invaluable experience to our clients through his experience in developing and managing numerous successful and profitable fitness and wellness centers in the United States.
Tom Graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Evansville.
Director of Operations
Josephine joined Power Wellness in 2010 and possesses over 14 years of experience in healthcare, wellness and hospitality management. Prior to joining Power Wellness, she served as Canyon Ranch’s Associate Director of Spa, Fitness and Sports.
Previously, she served as Alegent Health’s Manager in Laboratory Services and served honorably for eight years in the United States Air Force.
Josephine’s strengths include: operational, fiscal and personnel management, program and strategy development. With Power Wellness, Josephine has previously served as an Operations Project Leader and Executive Director. She currently serves as a Director of Operations with oversight of nine centers.
Josephine graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration/Healthcare Administration from Wayland Baptist University and has an MBA from Bellevue University.
