Ken founded Power Wellness in 1996 and has over 25 years of healthcare development and operational experience.
Ken’s experience includes the planning, development and operation of institutional fitness centers throughout the Midwest: including community colleges, universities and hospitals.
Ken is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business with a B.S. in Finance.
Ken currently serves on the board of Elgin Academy and WINGS (Women in Need Growing Stronger).
Board Member - Senior Vice President - Chief Information Officer
John joined Power in 2004, bringing 16 years of experience in technology, rapid company growth, and knowledge of global acquisitions and consolidations.
John has cultivated a well-rounded team to support daily operations and implement new technologies to support expansion.
His expertise in the areas of construction, design and development, environmental systems, information systems, audiovisual and communications architecture add prudent high-value results in responding to customer needs.
John is a Microsoft certified systems engineer and a Microsoft certified professional.
Vice President of Business Development
Vic first joined Power in 1995 as Director of Planning and Development where he was responsible for developing management systems, staffing models, space planning and fitness equipment templates for new projects. Currently, he has assumed the role of Vice President of Business Development where he is responsible for the development of new business partnerships with healthcare systems, health foundations and medical colleges to advance their population health strategies through medical fitness programs and management services.
Vic has 30 years’ experience in healthcare and wellness management having served as Vice President of a rehabilitation and wellness company, as well as startup and management for three Chicago area hospital’s medical fitness centers. His strengths include B2B engagement, operations management, program development, medical integration strategies and worksite wellness promotion.
Vic graduated with a B.A. in Sociology from DePaul University and a M.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He possesses clinical certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine and American Heart Association; and is a member and conference speaker for the Medical Fitness Association, American College of Sports Medicine and International Council on Active Aging.
Vice President of Human Resources and Legal Affairs
Davi joined the Power Wellness team in 2016 after serving as Power Wellness’s outside counsel starting in 2007. Prior to joining Power Wellness, Davi began her career as a law clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Following her clerkship, Davi worked in private practice in the areas of employment law and commercial litigation. Davi also was corporate counsel at Beatrice Companies and its’ successors and was the Chief Operating Officer at Tiber Group, now a part of Navigant Consulting.
At Power, Davi serves in a dual role overseeing Power’s Human Resources Department and managing its legal affairs. Davi’s legal background and experience with Power makes her a valuable and creative resource to our employees and our clients.
Davi has a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois in Champaign and a JD from DePaul University College of Law.
Senior Director of Marketing
Anthony joined Power Wellness in 2013 and has 15 years of experience in marketing and sales across several industries. Prior to joining Power Wellness, Anthony was the Director of Marketing for two national manufacturing companies.
Anthony and his team oversee all of the marketing efforts of our managed centers as well as Power Wellness.
Anthony started his marketing career in the sports industry where he held various sales and marketing positions, the most recent being with the National Hockey League. After leaving the sports industry, Anthony oversaw the launch and expansion of a global travel agency into the United States.
Anthony graduated with a B.B.A. in Business Management from the University of Alaska Fairbanks where he also completed his MBA in Marketing.
Director of Sales
Eric joined Power Wellness in 2017 and has 23 years of executive experience in fitness sales and management ranging from large retail fitness clubs, private boutique centers, corporate wellness centers, and boutique wellness services.
Eric and his team oversee all the sales strategies, training, tools, and team development of our managed centers and continue to expand our culture of sales as we represent our health partners in their communities. Eric believes in creating a prescriptive solution for perspective members opening a new pathway for wellness. This leads to lifelong members who are engaged with the services and people in our centers and a healthier community.
After graduating from Northern Illinois University in 2005, Eric started his career in fitness sales with the largest fitness chain in the world at that time. After being recruited to a boutique fitness company Eric spent eight years opening and transitioning successful sites and building a repeatable sales process. Over the last 23 years Eric has been a part of opening at least a dozen successful new fitness centers, training hundreds of sales team members, and been responsible for over $1B in revenue sales.
President and Chief Operations Officer
Brian joined Power in 1997 and has over 18 years of planning, information technology, development and operations experience. Reporting to Brian are department leaders in the areas of information technology, operations, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
Prior to joining Power, Brian worked for a top Chicago accounting firm as an audit manager.
Brian is a member of the Medical Fitness Association, International Health & Racquet Sports Association, the Illinois CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Brian and his team ensure that every aspect of design, development, and operations management meet our client expectations.
Brian graduated with honors with a B.S. in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and is a certified public accountant.
Vice President of Center Development
Josh joined Power Wellness in 1996 and has advanced with our company as a Fitness Specialist, Personal Trainer, Fitness Manager, Executive Director and Senior Director.
Josh was a recipient of the 2002 Nova 7 award from Fitness Management Magazine for community outreach and service.
In 2012, Josh was promoted to a Director of Operations with oversight of multiple facilities.
Josh graduated with a B.S. in Community Health from Eastern Illinois University and is an exercise certified personal trainer from the American Council on Exercise.
Senior Director of Operations
Josephine joined Power Wellness in 2010 and possesses over 14 years of experience in healthcare, wellness and hospitality management. Prior to joining Power Wellness, she served as Canyon Ranch’s Associate Director of Spa, Fitness and Sports.
Previously, she served as Alegent Health’s Manager in Laboratory Services and served honorably for eight years in the United States Air Force.
Josephine’s strengths include: operational, fiscal and personnel management, program and strategy development. With Power Wellness, Josephine has previously served as an Operations Project Leader and Executive Director. She currently serves as a Director of Operations with oversight of nine centers.
Josephine graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration/Healthcare Administration from Wayland Baptist University and has an MBA from Bellevue University.
Director of Operations
Greer joined Power Wellness in 2006 with over 20 years of experience in Marketing and Customer Service. Prior to joining Power Wellness she served as the Director of Marketing & Customer Service for a leading manufacturer of athletic equipment.
Greer’s strengths include leadership development, strategic planning, and fiscal and operational excellence. Greer was previously in the positions of Center Director and Senior Director with Power Wellness Management.
Greer graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Iowa State University, and has a Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Director of Operations
Keith joined Power Wellness in 2008 and has over 16 years of experience in healthcare, fitness and employee wellness. Prior to joining Power Wellness Keith was the Director of Wellness and Fitness at Valley Health System serving northern Virginia.
Keith’s strengths include: operational and fiscal management, employee wellness and medical integration programing. Keith has previously served as a Senior Director and Center director with Power Wellness.
Keith graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science from Wayne State College and has a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina.
Director of Operations
Jaimie joined Power Wellness in 1997 and has advanced within our company serving in a variety of roles such as Fitness Manager, Center Director, Senior Director and is now the Director of Operations with oversight of thirteen fitness centers.
Jaimie’s strengths include: leadership development and management, program and strategy development, customer service and operational management.
Prior to beginning her career with Power Wellness, Jaimie was a four-year starter for the Division I Women’s Basketball team at Ball State University where she graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science.
