Is Your Fitness Center Improving Lives for the Better?

In her TED Talk, neuroscientist Wendy Suzuki discussed the positive impact that exercise has on the brain. Her studies have shown that exercise can improve mood, memory, and focus. Her years of research have concluded that “exercise is the most transformative thing you can do for your brain today.” She sums it up this way: “Exercise will change your life for the better”.

We here at Power Wellness completely agree. Since 1996, we have been dedicated to improving life through medically integrated fitness. Our 30 institutional clients rely on us to support population health and community wellness by targeting the 50% of individuals living with at least one chronic condition and the 75% of people who are not members of commercial gyms.
