Joe Rinke, Director of Employee Success

 Power Wellness Management, the nation’s largest management company in the medical fitness industry is proud to announce the addition of Joe Rinke as Director of Employee Success. In his new role Joe will manage recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, learning and development, employee surveys, performance management system and general employee matters.

Joe has worked in various Human Resources leadership roles over the last 30 years. Joe is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resources-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Joe earned his Master of Human Resources Degree from Keller Graduate School. He has extensive experience in all areas of human resources.

As the Director of Employee Success, Joe partner closely with the executive team to lead, build and enhance the human resources and talent strategy for Power Wellness. We are excited to have Joe on our team.
